The objective was to transform a dated and underutilised structure into a contemporary, high-performing retail and showroom facility suitable for a new tenant.
The scope of works included a full interior and exterior transformation, designed to modernise the space while enhancing usability and street presence. Installation of a contemporary façade to create an inviting entry point and improve visibility from the street. Construction of new bathroom and staff facilities in line with current building code requirements. And, polished concrete flooring, modern ceiling systems, and full replacement of internal services including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
Delivered within a tight programme, this project exemplifies Consortium’s capability in managing design coordination, construction delivery, and stakeholder engagement end-to-end. The outcome is a modern, efficient, and flexible commercial space designed to support tenant operations today and into the future.
