Developed to support Fraser Industries’ continued growth and long-term operational requirements, the facility comprises a modern warehouse, heavy-duty workshop, and office accommodation. Key project features included a specialist workshop pit, gantry crane infrastructure, engineered concrete floor slabs designed for heavy machinery and vehicle loading, and bespoke fit-out elements tailored to the client’s specific operational needs.
The project was delivered through close collaboration between Fraser Industries, the consultant team, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring a high-quality outcome aligned with the client’s vision and programme objectives. Constructed within an active industrial environment, the works required careful planning, coordination, and stakeholder management to maintain programme certainty and minimise disruption to surrounding operations.
