- Integrated Site Access: New vehicle crossings from both Central Avenue and Coupling Close, along with a dedicated loading bay for service deliveries.
- Pedestrian Connectivity: A landscaped pedestrian link providing access to the nearby Little River Rail Trail and neighbouring developments.
- Modern Signage: Building-mounted signage for each tenancy, complemented by a prominent freestanding pylon sign at the main entrance.
